Ayinde could confirm or deny that.
You have written many posts regarding herbs that have not been deleted. I think it was because you were giving specific tips on how to cultivate herb. That could be seen as encouraging cultivation which (in this website's home country) is considered a more serious crime than personal usage.
And just as an aside, I do agree with the people saying that writing in all caps is off-putting. It's just hard on the eyes to read, simple as that.
