This is a very pertinent topic to engage.
I think that well intended or more developed Whites should be the first ones to attempt to answer this question. They have seen the views of many Africans on the board.
I am not buying into "time will heal" without reasoning the process. This "time will heal" could mean leave everything as it is and let us pretend to get along.
Actually, I see several White people on this board that can seriously engage this reasoning, however I will wait to see if ones are serious about developing it or if it degenerates into another cussing parade.
