Greetings I
Iman read that Haile Selassie I was on a diet without any alcohol.
He speaks for a healthy livity very often.
I also know a bredren who met HIMs cook who told him that HIM ate meat.
I never saw HIM personally eating or drinking... but fact is that he lived a very healthy livity, and that is what he taught!
