Re: your flattery will not erode my anger

You said: “ you are not the type who disrespect people withe handicaps and ones withe handicaps need rehabilitation. people in the diaspora in africa and abroad have been severely handicapped. “

80% of the Diasporians take no responsibility for the quality of their feelings towards Continentals. The average Diaspora African thinks "what all the fuss is about Africa?” Most Diasporians feel disconnected from the Motherland, and it hurts, and it is vocal out there. Also, notice the swelling tide of lack of interest on black continentals issues compare to the Caribbean or Afro-American ones on this board. That doesn't look like “handicap” to me.. Feeling indifference about crimes against black peoples on the continent of Africa is not handicap, it is inhumanity.

You said: “bantu-kelani, are you angry at the state of 'continental' african affairs or african affairs in general. “

I feel the same way about the traitor continental Africans who are aided by the US, Belgium, French, and British troops and intelligence in the systematic pillaging of the resources of my country, they are the Rwandans and the Ugandans. I take a realistic look at African-African relations I’m not stupid. I could tell you a million ways the pain, the tears and anger these neighboring states of DRC have caused to me and my people. Today, I am forced to rebuff these groups, and every group who cause pain and injustices to the Congolese peoples who experience too many abuses, fleeing, and killings on the face of this globe!

You said: “bantu-kelani, what are your major concerns on the continent, right now and what would you. “

The fact that you can ask such a question just proves how you are unmoved by the abuses of the Congolese people. We Congolese masses have varying concerns: the overwhelming brutality, violence, wars, poverty, and diseases in Congo! It’s still not clear to you the most haunting concerns of sub-Saharan Africans? I CARE ABOUT THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF MY PEOPLE ON THIS PART OF THE GLOBE THAT’S WHAT I CARE, AND NEED TO SEE SECURED!

You said: “have you ever worked withe organizations like trans-africa?.”

I respect TransAfrica and similar groups, but I think none of these groups have any teeth, i.e. economic, political force. They are great at bring attention to black causes around the world, but until there is some economic force behind these organizations than they will continue to be just good ideas. I am more involved with grassroots Organizations of Continentals Africans who look what is going on in my house. African Americans and African Caribbean are definitely thinking about their own peoples. I am doing the same.
