I would have to know what are within the parameters of being 'pro-black'. If you are saying it to ask if a white person can be for the upliftment of black people, then I say yes. (I think this is the basis of livelyup's response.) But if you are meaning if white people can be for blacks FIRST and foremost, possibly at the expense of their own, I would say NO. Every species are for the genetic survival of their kind. This is the basis of white supremacy...white genetic survival. I think that when it comes down to it, a white person would uphold other white people first and foremost, just as chinese will uphold chinese, and latino will other latinos...etc, etc.

So yes Kelani, it is an oxymoron just as a 'pro-white' black person...aka house nigga, uncle tom..., according to my definition that is.
