Kelani, I have stated that it is highly unlikely for a white person to be concerned with blackness exclusively because it is not a reflection of who they are. They are intrinsically geared to the genetic survival of their own. The reasons that many whites do identify with blackness is because white people know that we are the original template of huemanity. Many of them envy the creative things that come from us. The only reason they do not admit it is because they will be giving up their presumed position of white superiority if they do. But their actions speak louder than their words. Like Jeru the Damajah said, "They mock our appearance...yearn for our essence." There are always acceptions but I would rather deal with the rule.
Until the system of racism, white supremacy, and white privilege is crumbled, I will never fathom a pro-black...pan afrikan white person.
