With respect, Everyone here is posting info they have read somewhere else. There is no new information or firsthand, primary scholarship. Interesting as this thread and others (especially on the race issue) is, what about the brain power needed to craft a plan of action for the future of Rastafari? When will I&I on this board get down to that kind of business, or shall I&I be content with posting messages for the next 5, 10, 20, 50 years?
Meanwhile, collective security must be organized, directed . . . in essence, BUILT. That takes planning and HIM emphasized the primary role of planning.
Shall I&I not use this tool in an attempt to prepare and promote a rea plan with specific, measurable courses of action?
