It seems like the Bush administration wanted all those poor Blacks in New Orleans to die out. The media reports may be disturbing their efforts. They seem unable to get help to people (mostly poor blacks) who are stranded. The military seems stretched too thin. They are using some of the the little that is available to protect businesses. The rest of the military is in other people's countries waging war and plundering for the material enrichment of a few Whites.
