Well you are so right in what you are saying, because it is was and still is the wealth which they made from slavery which to date is still being turned over and making profit in the billions. So in my opinion, we do not owe babaywrong anything, they owe us everything. So yes indeed, tax payers money are normally used by Governments to carry on their business whether it be honest or dishonest.
