Insight into what?
Opinion about what?
If you wish to speak, use your own voice. Do not hitch a ride like some passive-aggresive parasite.
Let me tell you my insight into you : You are one of those who believe yourself to be superior on the basis of your closeness to the system. You are one of those who say, "let us work within the system to change it"
My opinion of your type is this : You are not to be trusted. You are a bit militant now, but that is because you are not as far down the road of compromise as you will eventually be. When you get down that road, you will unfold your vulture feathers and all will see you for what you are.
Your acceptance of certain terms show the configuration of your senses. You do not hesitate to call Africans 'tribalists'. Yet, the last europeans to be called tribes were the 'babarians' imperial rome fought against. 'Tribe' is a reductive term. You are an 'educated' man. A 'conscious-minded' black man. You do not know this?
Then you come with 'black-on-black' violence. Once again, showing acceptance of a reductive term. During the wars in Yugoslavia, did you hear talk of 'white-on-white' violence? The UN has declared Scotland to be (per-capita of population) the most violent country in the waste. Yet, no one talks about scot-on-scot violence.
Your state of mind is suspect. Go back and educate yourself some more.
