Were the Kandakes of Nubia stupid to defend their land against first the Greeks and then the "mighty" Roman Empire? Was Shaka stupid to defend his land against members of the Germanic hordes? Was L'Overture stupid to go to war against the great Napoleon?
Did the efforts of L'Ouverture in Haiti, the Mau Mau in Africa, the Maroons in Jamaica, Grenada and Trinidad, and the 18th century slave revolts on St John, St Croix and the Carolinas produce results? Damn skippy! They put "fear" in the heart and mind of the "White" man.
