What is the best way to defeat fire???
Seshatasefekht, honor to you in your disclosing your past. May your spirit be re-born and atonement fulfilled.
But respectfully, I must seek that the statement that "fire fights fire" requires a bit more analysis.
Fire is a result of heat, fuel, an initiator and oxygen.
Water, is the strongest most important "substance" in OUR (touchable) physical/known universe
But there is nowhere near enough water to extinguish the sun or even the Earth's core/volcanoes.
The only thing that will extinguish the sun is the sun itself (burn itself out to a white dwarf)
As karibkween stated, its source of fuel will be used up.
I must say that this question of "what defeats fire" is a very very deep and symbolic situation. I feel that the answer to this is in line with the overstanding of the universe, known or unknown.
Water or Fire itself...wow...I need to meditate on this.
Both depend on each other for balance/life
All known creation needs both
Fire - Water - Air - Earth
How was Sekhmet slowed down???
Karib and Sesha (if I may abbreviate) Please think this over and reply to how netjer leads you in this matter.
There is definitely revelation in the answer.
I eagerly seek your knowledge on this.
