Greetings
I want to specify the problem that I had with Morgan Freeman's comments because I see that more are focused on the one month for black history aspect of his statements.
I had a problem more so with him saying that if we ignore racism, it will go away.
Even though Freeman was criticizing black history month because he wants to be considered "American" with no distinctions, I do think it is a slap in the face to give black people one month in which they should be aware of their history and themselves.
Black history is 24hr/365 days of the year for InI.
So black people, KNOW THYSELF!!
