I will answer my own questions that I posed for others.

I was hoping InI could stay on topic for the reasonings but as usual with most posts when people feel like their beliefs are being questioned or attacked, name calling and dissention occurs.

NO, Rastafari is a spiritual trod. Spirituality deals with the Irator within while religion deals with the Irator outside of InI. Therefore, ones are not bounded by the bible or any other dogma that is bound to religion. (The bible is bound to Christianity and Christianity is bound to the bible. So it seems anyway..)

InI cant limit the power of Rastafari...

YES and YES, there would be a Ras Tafari Makonnen without the bible. InI would know of Ras Tafari because of the good works that he did for the liberation of Afrikan peoples. InI would know because of the Honorable Marcus Garvey.

I certainly know that other nations would know of Janhoy Haile Selassie due to his fiery address to the League of Nations.
