You said it right. The offer thing was a way of mocking us. It is propaganda. You will have noticed that Kenya is also in the news right now because of 'corruption'. The vampires have percieved a weakness in that area and so they are trying to get a tighter grip. I heard one suggesting yesterday that because of 'corruption', maybe the 'donors' (from the waste) should start controlling how the money is spent. That they should decide who specifically gets how much and what they will spend it on. In other words, now that they have got Kenya so dependent on them for a significant portion of it's budget, they now want to control the country directly through that dependance.
The biggest mistake made by Africans in recent years was to allow these vampires to get open (and credible) footholds back into our communities through the use of NGOs (and their so-called 'aid'). These have now become sources of patronage that compete with indigenous government.
Africa needs nothing from the waste except to be left alone. But they will never do this voluntarily because they are parasites and a parasite without a host will die. We need to stop hosting them. Therefore, we need to recognise this as a first test for any one who will claim leadership over Africans : what are the links they have with the waste and what is the nature of those links? Any man/woman who gets praise from them for 'sound economic practices' is (and has always been) a tool of theirs.
Wisdom and Strength.
