Some individuals cannot appreciate anything that doesn't bear the validation stamp of European approval simply because they are ignorant of their history.

Then there are those who after having been educated continue to seek the approval of the European. Their whole mode of being is for the approval of the European. See whitey how I conform, how mannered I am, how articulate I am, how light I am, how fine my hair, etc. etc.

This, I believe is the reason for the failure of most African revolutionary movements.
Initially, the Agitator will gain the attention of the masses, through his oratory. However, as the masses become more acquainted with the orator, they become conscious of the odor of his deception, as his words fail to corroborate his actions.

Finally, they gain the realization that his original intent was self-promotion, they lose interest and return to their misery.
