You really cannot make a reasonable case that I am being bourgeois, hypocritical or anti-Black because I do not promote smoking marijuana as part of personal development. Perhaps your experiences are really very limited and you do not know about getting high and conscious without outside stimulation (herbs).
You are somewhat distorting what was written about the use of peyote in "The Teachings of Don Juan" by Carlos Castaneda. I have thoroughly read all the books about the teachings of Don Juan and much of the experiences mentioned in those books were part of my early personal experiences, although without using peyote (which was the herb used in the teachings, and not Marijuana). Don Juan tried to show Castaneda a better way to Self Control. After realizing Castaneda’s mental limitations he let Castaneda use peyote to get altered experience. He did explain that people who stay with the peyote are limited, and he himself did not use it (although he carried around a bit in a pouch which was symbolic in significance). I am saying all that is possible, but I do not use herbs to accomplish any of that, and I had many similar experiences without using any herbs.
The rest of your post is really about your personal preference and does not invalidate anything I have stated.
