And, no, the ones I spoke of, which are the ones I witnessed (I have heard of a lot more), did not have 'laced weed'. What they smoked was passed around and on all three occassions, the individuals I spoke of were the only ones affected.
Yes. The issue of prior emotional/mental trauma is usually a factor. But, there is always a possibility that trauma can exist at such a deep level that the one who has been injured is not aware of the magnitude of the breach until some unaccustomed pressure is encountered.
How are eventualities like this to be guarded against if Ganja is made free to all who desire it?
