not so sure that I agree with Neely-Fuller on the whole collective white intelligence thing either.
There is no commonly accepted definition of just what 'intelligence' is, it is every bit as much a political idea as a supposedly scentific one.
Wouldnt intelligence have to depend on the context of its application? So yes, in a white dominated system being able to adopt the european cultural standard for intelligence would make you smart, and that is always going to be easier for white people. In another cultural context howver you may end up being about as bright as the average house-plant. A thing i know from experience.
