You are correct. My knowledge (from my experience), is coming from an American perspective.
I do think that America SYSTEMATICALLY is the worse case scenario when it comes to racism and skin prejudice because from its inception/beginning, racism was the rule.
Again, that is coming from my direct knowledge of American racism. I have indirect information of Afrikan and caribbean race relations. But I will not generalize because I am not familiar with (havent experienced) the intricacies of arab tensions in Afrika nor the mulatto class rule in JA.
BUT, someone elses view from another place on the planet should not be considered the norm for ALL black people either.
