Give thanks for that powerful Reasoning.
>> THE DIFFERENCE IN A PLACE LIKE ENGLAND WITH A LARGE MAJORITY WHITE POPULATION IS THAT THERE ARE MORE WHITES AND THE MORE MIXING THERE IS...THE MORE THE WHITES REMAIN WHITE (OR NEAR IT) AS THEY MAKE BLACKS DISAPPEAR.
True words - I have seen this happen my Bredrin. Caribbean families in the "first generation" of Black British. Their black 2nd generation children mixed with white partners. Their mixed offspring went with white partners in the next generation, and now their babies look as white, straight nosed and straight haired as you could ever imagine. These are now “white families”, and some of them still carry the family name of the original black family.
I also know of a family who live in a very run-down white working class estate. Not the kind of place that Blacks could safely walk alone. This white family, who are now in retirement age, describe themselves as 'used to be black' for that same reason, but the mixing in their family started a lot earlier in the 20th century as you describe.
>> WHILE ENGLAND MAY LOOK 'TOLERANT' TODAY TO SOME EXTENT, IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO CHANGE THEIR TUNE DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES.
Yeah ‘tolerance’ is worth very little in the long run as is not based on true respect, and only serves the interest of the ruling ‘party’. They switching all the time with current situations. At the moment the wrath of their ‘intolerance’ is with asylum seekers and the Muslim communities. The British Muslims today are in the same tense situation with the white that we Blacks went through in the 70’s & 80’s when we had our uprisings in Brixton, Handsworth and St Pauls. The Asian community didn’t want to know us then as they “weren’t black” and were doing alright with their businesses, but now their back is against the wall they starting to realise our struggle. The difference is that they have hardly mixed at all, so their communities have been able to defend themselves with more solidarity and with “one voice” than the black communities. These are serious times!
With the focus off the Blacks for a while some ‘Black British’ have become too comfortable and think we don’t have problems anymore, but as I said, a lot still know nothing has really changed so keep up the struggle.
Praying for strength and Guidance for all JAH SoulJah in this IWA.
