The dark-skin Black complexion is important!!!

You said: “agreed, not to let the reasoning sidetrack into another exercize in semantics and misunderstandings.”

Therefore, in my view, you deliberately posted “agreed” without stating what you were agreeing to, in order to be deceptive and misleading while trying to keep a silly distortion going. It is you who sidetracked the reasoning with semantics and your own misunderstandings.

You cannot prove that this quote is insensitive:
"I do not consider most light-skin, mixed people to be Black and/or Black African. I think they are light-skin mixed and should be dealt with as such. By including so many different types of non-whites into the concept of 'Black' and Black African by race, racism and colorism as they affect people who are dark-skin Black in complexion are not kept in focus. The discourse on racism is usually dominated by those who the system does not negatively impact the most."

It is not that the quote is insensitive; it is YOU who are not sensitive to that TRUTH.

This quote: “The discourse on racism is usually dominated by those who the system does not negatively impact the most.” could never mean that none other than dark-skinned blacks could comment or post on racism and colorism. I am also sure you are aware of other light-skin persons engaging these debates on this board.

It seems that your initial motive to question I was based on defensiveness and may have been malicious as you knew well how to plant the name "Hitler" in the thread to inflame passions and taint the thread.

Stand or fall by what you want; that is your right.
