Well I cannot deny that the Hebrews traversed through africa for a very long time even our Moshe lived in Egypt and Ethiopia. I know my people to be African.
Divinely inspired? 50% because the rest you have to live. the Divine part is when you can but aside selfish inclinations and do as it is written in leviticus 19:17-18. the book is not so much divine but the person who lives in righteousness.
