I wholeheartedly agree. I do draw a distinction though between the common white person, who may be a tacit participant in the system, with those who are actively fighting against the uprising of the black (wo)man. For as I posted in response to the government question above, the common person often lacks the knowledge to 'see' the big system. I think this is why so many of my white friends can't fully comprehend that their exists a system of white supremacy, and the implications thereof.
