Well, all that I can say here is that the opening of the Rastafari people's exhibition at the Smithsonian Institute of Natural History, was long over due and was very exciting, but we must all remember, that after the excitement is over, the continent of Mama Africa and her people in the African Dispora, are still suffering under human bondage, and that the struggle for Repatriation, Reparation, Restoration and compensation to Mama Africa and for the liberation of her people continues. We just cannot act as if all is well, when our people at home and abroad are still slaughtering each other, as they fight over basic comodities, food clothing and shelter which are very scarce. It is good to have a day or two of celebration, but the real facts about the more than five hundred years of slave trading activities, just cannot be swept under the carpet as a result of an exhibition. Rastafari people must never at any time forget that they are responsible to continue the struggle for the liberation of African people everywhere, since Africa is for the Africans those at home and those abroad, this just cannot be put on hold the struggle must continue regardless.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people every where
ONE BLACKHEART ONE BLACK LOVE
