Many times, people who like to insult others are covering up their insecurities. Some people think that by degrading others, they will be up-graded.

Most of the time however, when they are pointing fingers at others, fingers are being pointed back at them.

There will always be 'haters." This only shows that you are doing something of value for them to be jealous and envious.

The best thing to do is allow those people to dwell in their own misery.

It is sad that ones who claim to be enlightened and followers of Ma'at can not bring themselves to follow the basic principles of Ma'at.
