Greetings again to my entire African family, it is good to hear the best of wishes coming from all my people. As it relates to the diabetes, I am controling that by my natural eating habits so far, and I am not on any medication from the Doctors. But there is an important lesson which I think we should try to learn, from the afflictions which have taken hold of so many elders over the past 30 years. We must not operate under the illusion that we cannot be sick and that a time will not come when each of us will pass away, and go back to mother earth from whence we came. Like the trees grow old and whither away and fall to the ground in the forest, and like animals and other creatures fall to the ground, when they are full of age, and can take no more of the wear and tear on their structure, so is it with human beings as it is with all other creatures upon the face of this earth. It is very clear to me, that those people who were regarded as holy people in the bible like Samuel, David, Jessie, Job and so many others, passed away when they were full of age and could not go on any more. But not only they who were considered to be holy people who passed way, but they who were considered to be wicked also passed away and were buried in their graves. We are now in the great season of fall, and we can see the leaves are falling off the trees and going back to the ground from which they came, and they will become a part of the ground and nourish the soil and cause the trees to flourish when Spring comes around again.
None of us upon the face of this earth know what our end will be, but one thing is certain, is that a day will come when each of us will make that great natural transition and will just become a piece of trash. Although we do not have any Rastafari people's hospital around, I still think that when we are afflicted, we should seek medical attention, and leave the rest to the great powers of this great Universe.
Take the best care of yourself and your people.
Again I send many oceans of blessings and self determination to African people everywhere.
