There are some lessons which we should all learn about our own internal organs and what kind of work they do, so we can try to make some efforts to care for them in the best ways which we can. The prostate is the organ which produce sperm and some times it has so much sperm that it can become enlarged. When it becomes enlarged it may sit at the base of the bladder, and most times prevent urine from flowing freely, so, one goes to urinate, but it does not flow freely, and so, you are making several trips, to pass the urine which should have pass at one time. So, you feel like you want to urinate, and when you go to the bath room, it is not flowwing heavily as the way you feel, just a little drop flows, then as soon as you go back to lay down, you have to get up again, and some times make so many trips. When this takes place with anyone of you brothers, you are having a enlarge prostate, and you need to pay some attention to it. There are medications which can be used to shrink it and it is best to try to do this. It has been said, that by the time we reach the age of 40, specail attention should be paid to the prostrate, as we live from year to year or from day to day. Since our structure is made up of 70% water, it is important for us to be able to release water, through our plumbing system without feeling uncomfortable. This is just a little information I recieved from one of my teachers and I decided to share it with my people. Take the best care of yourself and your people.
