Let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food in all its natural state. So that it can replenish structure, let us stay well or get well this simple, natural way, turn forward to live foods, such as raw Fruits, Vegetables and their Juices, Herbs, SEEDS, Nuts, Grains. This is the best way to grain and keep health, to teach our body to live and have longevity and not die prematurely.
To achieve this goal we must remember that life come from life. Live food are best source of life giving energy for the good. The question of food should be given its proper place in the Medical world. We are made of what we eat. Pure live food build pure blood stream. Disease and illness would be rare if every blood stream were pure. Disease and illness come from plenty of waste matter and toxins and POISONOUS waste matter in the system is the result of more food being taken thanthe body can assimilate or eliminate. Foods high in protein specifically, cause this, such as Meats of all kind, Eggs, Fish, Cows milk. The use of starchy food and tea contribute greatly to intestinal ills, constipation, leucorrhea etc. Acid blood is one of the results of excess of sugar and starch. What really is a cause of trouble in the system is wrong combinations of devitalized inorganic indigestible foods of all kinds especially greasy fried foods. - Iral Axum.
