Will we allow inequality? How long Will we let the evils of the world pull the stars from heaven skies How long ? How long will we hide How long will we continue to accept the numerous lies From the Churches ,Government and the Corporate World. How long will we stand by and watch the bodies be put into the dirt How long can you stand there I know the inside you hurts Where are your nerves I knoweth thou can feel the pain I knoweth thou can see and smell the rain I knoweth thou has a sensible brain How long will you stand there Your soul should be full of shame . How long will you blame How long will you sing I’m a Christian I’m a Muslim I’m a Jew I I I Look out for myself I care not about you How long will we knock one another How long will it take for us to see There is but yet ONE GOD One DESTINY One AIM How long will we be just so pitiful and simple We all should be ashamed How can truly claim Muhammad Moses And Jesus the Christ These three men were strong they stood up and gave a fight These three men ran wicked governments , injustice inequality ,mental and physical slavery from the land They cared for the sick . They gave food to the poor ,and housed those who had no where to sleep They gave us a foundation But We walked on it and turned it into sand . How long Will you ,us, and I Set aside with our eyes closed and our nose turned up as if we are too good to correct what is wrong HOW LONG ?? |
