I believe right now they have 58 [centimeters] per inmate, and they can't even sit down or lie down. They have to stand up like sardines in those cells, and they have to take turns in order for them to sit. Because of security concerns, sometimes they are not even allowed in some places to leave the cells, not even to go to the toilet, never. Updated: July 15, 2012 (Thanks tarianz.
