I think the meaning of this colorful proverb is pretty obvious.
Hopefully it will apply to the greedy scumbags who run the world (or think they do).
Ariel Sharon may be feeling the meaning of this proverb now as he gets investigated for bribery. Hopefully it might result in his downfall... though I'd rather see him tried for mass murder, but hey, whatever works...
