Afrikan universities

Can any I tell me about good Afrikan universities. I'm looking to study abroad for a year, and am looking to trod to Afrika for that. I'm looking at the University of Cape Coast (Ghana), University of Pretoria (SA), and Addis Ababa University (Ithiopia). Any recomendations or ones to watch out for?

Not too sure about Universities except the ones you mentioned and specifically the one in Ghana...I plan on going to Ghana or Kenya in 2005 Summer...Maybe I'll see you there...
