What is (a) Messian Dread or Jesus Dread? A christian with dreadlocks? A Rasta Christian, or a Christian Rasta?

One doesnot really know or overstand it, even though i found an article on it one still at bay with it , hope someone can help me or give me insight on what is all about and can a rasta be such or claim to such ways.
