InI going to make it clear that I see that I know white governments
operate with the attitude that they are somehow more capable and
more important thus making them supreme in their minds

This is clear because when black people are suffering they use the
state of their finances as an excuse to do little or nothing for those who are in need
of basic commodities which are nessesary to form a healthy way of life
At the same time these same people get annoyed when services in their country
for things which are sometimes quite unnessesary
do not move fast enough or as planned
they use words like "unacceptable" when trains get delayed
Yet I have never heard them use these words in relation to poverty
