1. Everyday, thank the Creator Source that you are privileged to live on the earthly plane, and ask the ancestors and the Nature Spirits to inspire you all the time.

2. Despite 400 years of oppression and stagnation, always consider life the most precious gift the Cosmic granted to us, because it is the medium for our spiritual growth and the source of oneness with the ancestors and the Creator Source we seek.

3. Reserve a place in your home dedicated to the study of the teachings of illustrious black men and women who have made their distinct contributions to our racial history. Make it your sacred room and keep it free of trivial concern or activity.

4. Before every meal, give thanks to the Creator Source and the ancestors for being fortunate enough to have something to eat, and think of all your brothers and sisters in Africa, Asia and South America who do not have the privilege of eating their fill.

5. You know the aim of human life is to perfect ourselves, to evolve according to universal law. Therefore, constantly seek to express the virtues of your Higher Self (Spirit) that animates you. In doing so, you will contribute to your evolution and serve the cause of our people and humanity.

6. Isolate yourself for a moment everyday, preferably in your sacred room, and study and meditate on the philosophical and mystical teachings of traditional African religions as to trigger a profound psychological change that will awaken you.

7. Send thoughts of brotherhood, love and health towards black people as a whole and humanity. Ask the Creator Source and the ancestors to implant in your brothers and sisters, who are mentally enslaved, the understanding and the virtues of Black Nationalism and Black Excellence.

We should first show solidarity with each other. We are Africans. We are black. Our first priority is ourselves.

This was a nice list. I would add...

8.Organize: Join a progressive organization to assist in moving African people forward. If there isn't an organization available, form one. Our enemy is organized and will only be overcome by a mass organized effort.

I agree with you. By raising actual organizations of black people, together we can truly make changes. Once we collectively come up with 101 things like these to help our people and ourselves something great would happen. Raising the consciousness of our brothers and sisters demand action! Imagine if we each make a promise to raise our own consciousness and to join an organization actively fighting for our people within the next year and promise to tell people about it. Then these people do the same thing within the next year. We can truly move black people the world over by storm.
I am very glad to personally know you are a sister so involved and devoted to the better welfare of black people! Keep it up.
