Work to uphold the teachings of H.I.M. Selassie I!

« on: November 13, 2004, 10:30:29 PM »

Greetings in the name of the Most High,
I have been seeing many brothers and sisters heatedly discussing homosexuality. There seems to be much concern over this topic, especially in the country I currently reside in, the U.S. I however, can not see the seriousness of the situation. I know many homosexual people, and I would never wish bad on them. I do not know how someone can be so agrovated towards this group of people.
In the Bible, it says homosexuality is a sin. The Bible also teaches us that in no case shall the sin of the wicked be placed on the head of the innocent. The Bible also teaches us that IT IS NOT MAN"S PLACE TO JUDGE ANOTHER MAN. Why is it worth trying to battle against an enemy that will do you no harm? If Jah sees it fit to destroy every homosexual, he will certainly not destroy all the rightous along with them (be clear I am not drawing a line saying all others than homosexuals are rightous). Why not merit them with just as much respect as any other brother or sister, and take that respect away only when they prove themselves unworthy of it. I don't think someone having a homosexual relation with someone else is harming us in anyway.
These are some of my thoughts on this subject, but by no means are they hard as concrete. I seek other knowledge from my brothers and sisters, in attempt for further overstanding.

Seek the guidence of H.I.M. Haile Selassie I!
Find LOVE!

Remember what Jehovah did to the homosexuals of Sodom.  Know also that Jehovah does not change.  A similar fate, namely destruction, speedly awaits the homosexuals of today.  Jehovah did not create man to mate with man, nor woman with woman.
