AIDS is a killer! It is a serious problem..and to solve this problem we need to go to the root of it.
A lot of people are being fooled into believing that this disease was created in the natural biological system of a monkey that bit someone in Afrika in the 1970's . If so..how can MILLIONS of people be infected by it today just because of one monkey bite.
There are currently 30 million people - throughout the world - who have contracted the killer disease. With a death toll already set at over 8.4 million, estimates indicate this could leap to over 70 million by the year 2010. Over 1000 people are dying from AIDS per day. Figures provided by the United Nations show that the geographic spread is almost entirely focused on black Africa and Southeast Asia - which combined - account for almost 90% of all known cases. In effect, AIDS/HIV fundamentally attacks the impoverished Third World.
To stray from the topic of AIDS for a minute. How many people can recall The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment where the U.S. (United Snakes) Public Health Service between 1932 and 1972 conducted an experiment on 399 black men in the late stages of syphilis. These men, for the most part illiterate sharecroppers from one of the poorest counties in Alabama, were never told what disease they were suffering from or of its seriousness. Informed that they were being treated for “bad blood". The data for the experiment was to be collected from autopsies of the men, and they were thus deliberately left to degenerate under the ravages of tertiary syphilis...which can include tumors, heart disease, paralysis, blindness, insanity, and death. Ex-President of AmeriKKKa on May 16, 1997 said that the United States government did something that was wrong—deeply, profoundly, morally wrong. It was an outrage to our commitment to integrity and equality for all our citizens. . . . clearly racist in his apology for the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment to the eight remaining survivors.
This is not the only time People of Colour were used as lab rats. In 1932, cancer experiments were undertaken by Cornelius Rhoades, then chief pathologist of the Rockerfeller Institute. These experiments involved deliberately infecting a number of Puerto Ricans with cancer. Thirteen died as a consequence. Rhoades explained away the experiments with the comment: "The Porto(sic) Ricans are the dirtiest, laziest, most degenerate and thievesh race of men ever inhabiting this sphere... I have done my best to further the process of extermination by killing off eight and transplanting cancer into several more... all physicians take delight in the abuse and torture of the unfortunate subjects."
Going back to the topic of AIDS.. the geographic spread has led to spectacular charges that the rich industrialised countries secretly developed and deployed AIDS as a biological weapon aimed at decimating the "useless eaters" of the Third World. Researchers point to a number of government documents which they claim supports this charge. Chief amongst these is National Security Memorandum authored in the early seventies by then US National Security Adviser, Dr. Henry Kissinger. This document..marked as top secret, was quietly de-classified in 1990 and lodged in the US National Archives. It is a chilling, cynical document.
"De-population should be the highest priority of US foreign policy towards the Third World." This sentence formed the hard backbone of the National Security Memorandum. The memo went on to state that "Reduction of the rate of population in these Third World nations is a matter of vital US national security." Why? Simply because "The US economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries." In stating this the focus was exclusively, on the "...economic interests of the US."
Funny how these diseases are being targeted at the Black, Brown and Red..People of the Third World. In my nation of Trinidad and Tobago, AIDS is rampant!..especially in Tobago; which is a very famous tourist attraction or as i love to say - Neo-Colonialism. As a result of AIDS being so rampant and constantly developing to beat any expensive medication that is being sold for thousands of dollars that these people cannot afford, the neo-colonialists are purchasing more land and putting up new buildings.

BUCCOO, Tobago -- Every Sunday, when the sun goes down on Buccoo village on the southwest coast of Tobago, the tourists start to gather. The locals, mainly young men, show up later. By mid-evening, thousands are mingling.
A steel band strikes up sweet pan music. Driving soca, dance hall, reggae, even hip-hop, spills out from dingy bars. Harried bartenders dispense beer and rum and cola. Young women, mostly white Europeans and North Americans, dance wildly with dreadlocked young islanders.
It is from parties such as this, experts and officials believe, that AIDS can spread.
The twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago reported 1,200 new AIDS cases from January to October 1999, a 20 percent increase over the year before. The Caribbean region, with 360,000 people reported HIV-positive, has the second-highest infection rate in the world behind sub-Saharan Africa.
Many residents blame foreigners for bringing the disease as they exploited the easy availability of sex and the ignorance of many local people about AIDS prevention.
"They go crazy when they get here," Samuel Nero says. "There's no other word for it. They just go crazy."
The evening party ritual is so ingrained the tourist guidebooks have a name for it: "Sunday school."
Some European women arrive off planes clutching photographs of the young men meeting them - men recommended by friends who've had a good time in Tobago. But those men often have local girlfriends, even wives.
Tourists find plenty of willing suitors on an island of double-digit unemployment where tourism has supplanted agriculture and fishing as the only viable industries.
"Most of the fellas don't work. They're praying for the tourists to come," said Sheldon Julien, an unemployed 23-year-old who contracted HIV two years ago while working at a beach hotel.
There are no hard and fast prices for sexual services. One man said he'd take money, expensive gifts, sometimes just a dinner. "They take whatever they can get," said Margaret Wright of the Tobago AIDS society.
Trinidad's Daily Express recently noted how many islanders believe "Clorox, blue soap or prayer will protect them better than condoms." One teen-ager said he wouldn't get AIDS if he bathed in the sea immediately after having sex.
The top government official in Tobago, Morgan Job, blamed the high infection rate on irresponsible islanders who "put the lives of their families and other Tobagonians at risk because they want to make some money out of sex."
As a result, because of the minor unfortunate un-educated semi-iliterate people of Tobago not knowing better, they are looked upon as those who are to blame for havin sex with the pale-faces. When in fact, that is the only way they can get something to eat or get money to feed their hungry families.
Who is to blame in this horrible situation plaguing "3rd World Countries" ? You decide....And they say racism is dead.
