In the day to day trends of the education pathways ( especially of History ) most black African people are still being directly misguided in the History teachings . There are being told or made understand that Africans and blacks in all have never done anything in the past and therefore there can be nothing to pretend to know from a black man .


One question to ask ? Why is that , at least one monument of a black or blacks like ( Martin King Luther , Mercus Garvey, Dubois , King Atabua , etc ---) is appearing in every Capital city of the African Countries ? Something is really wrong with us the black Africans .


The truth is that African Countries are not Independent but have a given independence under the Sovereign Rulers = Colonialists = Imperialists .


Inotherwords , African Countries are merely Provincial regions in the york of an Empire like the Commonwealth of Great Britain and Northern Ireland . It is true and we get to know the truth is that AU is the biggest bluff yet to black Africans , created on lines to destroy Pan Africanism :


THE TRUTH : -    Pan Africanism and The King Atabua of Lado , 1945 :


The Pan Africanism Association was formed of which Agofe / King Atabua of Lado became the Chairman of the African Chiefs / Heads in the Conference which was held in Manchester in 1945 , and Kwame Nkrumah ( His  First name was Francis ) became the Secretary and Jomo Kenyatta ( His Real name was Johnston Kamau ) , became Assistant Secretary. But the Agofe / King will be Assassinated by the Britsh because He asked USSR to raise the question of Lado at the UN in 1947 for Independence . Why did the British Kill / Assassinate the Chairman and this King is not even recorded in the African History even yet as a founder member of the Pan Africanism ?


Because The British ( They ) found that what He the Agofe did by asking to raise the issue of Lado Independence through the United Nations Organistion as an example for Africa was not the right thing to do and that the Agofe / Chief of State of Lado / or King of Lado was opening the eyes of many Africans and African Countries , and above all his Role as the First Chairman known to be of the Pan Africanism Association was a deadly Snake poison to the global Western Anglo - American Political Interests in Africa .


With the death of the King Atabua , was actually the end of Pan Africanism with its founded Head Quarters at ARUA - ARU in the Independent Kingdom State of Lado as Lado was seen or is Rightly situated in the Heart of Africa . All Members present in the meeting of 1945 agreed to that .


The British did something quick inorder to cover up this most important History part of Africa in a most meditated way to draw the African Minds to establish a new system of a giving Independence to the African People by encouraging the Secretary ( Francis Nkurumah )  of the King Atabua to take over to work on this issue of Indepedences but without Sovereignity issue at hand to the African people . Ghana become independent but not a Sovereign state as an example in Africa and for the rest of Africa to follow suit later


In fact the Agreement reached with Nkuruma led to the initiatives of the formation of Organisation of African Unit in the African Independence Conference held in Accra in 1958 . A British Imperial Army ( King's African Rifles ) was established in 1891 under the Kavalli Agreement of 17 September 1891. The Agreement was signed by the English Captain Frederick D. Lugard who later became the Governor- General of Nigeria and Major Selim Matera , a Citizen of Lado


It was him Governor - .General. Lugard who developed the British Colonial Doctrine called The Dual Mandate ( Indirect Rule ), which is still in force through the Commonwealth Pyramid Divide-and-Rule System with the Queen / King on top, and under the Sovereign Head are the British Administrators, and below them the Local African Chiefs. The only difference today is that the British Administrators are replaced by the African Presidents who are operating as Governor -Generals dancing to the tune of Remote Control .


These British Commonwealth African Kings, Presidents and Prime Ministers rule in the firm belief that they are the True Sovereign Heads of their Countries. But in actual fact they have been reduced to mere Governor - Generals / Administrators ( International Public Law ). In Reality then this explains why the many different Indiginous Peoples of Africa, consisting of four Main Social Entities - " Races " ( Bantus, Hamitics, Sudanics and Nilotics ) believe they are Independent . That is also the reason behind the Conflict between the Tutsis ( Hamitics ) and the Hutus ( Bantus ) in Rwanda and Burundi. However, few people realise that the Real Owners of Rwanda and Burundi are the Indigenous People, the Twa People ( Batua ) , who are close counsins of the Pygmies. Rwanda and Burundi ( formerly Urundi ) used to be one Country, along with Tanganyika, before the First World War. The Territory belonged to Germany and was known as German East Africa.


In Colonial Legacy -


When the First World War ended, Rwanda - Urundi ( Burundi ) was given to Belgium, and Tanganyika to the British under the Versailles Treaty of 28 June 1919. To this , today's Conflict between the Tutsis and the Hutus is a direct result of the Division of the former German Colonies into two parts, one for Britain (Tanganyika) and one for Belgium ( Rwanda -Urundi ). . But for the Deliberate Discrimination , the Belgians chose to rule by appointing the Minority Tutsis " Most Favored Ethnic Group ", which carried them forward as the African Intelligentsia Class or the Ruling Elite, who as the new Slave Masters were used to suppress all the other Ethnic Groups. This is the Root of the Problem, and unless that is recognised and a Political Solution is found, there will be no end to the Bloodshed and Genocide in Central Africa ( which the Western / Europeans see it best lying within for their interest ) .


This similar situation is what actually the British / Belgium ( 1947 ) long stated over Lado Kingdom in Africa but they still have not succeded ----- The Displaced Persons, the Stateless Persons and the Internal Refugee Problem, among them the so called Nubians ( the Lado Muslim Community ) who are being held mainly in Uganda and Kenya as Prisoners in Reservations, the so called Restricted Settlements ( Bombo, Soroti and Gulu in Uganda and Kibira near Nairobi in Kenya ) was started by the British since 1897 . These People are always referred to simply as " The Nubians " though they are Muslims of Lado origin ( Luu and Lui People ) who were removed by the British Colonial Authority because of their Mutiny the same year 1897 when they were ordered to go and fight against their own People in Lado .The leaders were executed in Uganda including their Military Commander, Bilal Amin, the Grandfather of Idi Amin ( The Sudanese Mutiny of 1897 ) .


The British have never forgotten nor forgiven the Lado Muslims for this Breach of Discipline, which explains why these displaced People referred to as " The Nubians in East Africa ", and are still being punished now as " Unwanted Persons." Apart from being held in the Special Settlements as Prisoners, the Lado Muslims ( Nubians ) are being heavily discriminated against, very much like the American Indians were treated by the European Invaders one hundred years ago .


When Lado the leader  Agofe Atabua reached the military rank of Colonel, serving in the Kings African Rifles ( KAR ) 4th Regiment which was British, with headquaters in Bombo, Uganda , He went to fight for the British in Burma in 2° World War ( WWII ) with the 4th Regiment of the Kings Africans Rifles, which later was stationed in Jinja, Uganda. The Lado leader resigned to carry out the Independence of Lado in 1947. He was replaced by a British Colonel called Alan Knight, a man with humane feelings . He was a sort of friendly to Africans : an Englishman, a rare case anyway. The Lado leader was assassinated on 14th April 1948, because he asked USSR to raise the question of Lado at the UN in 1947, and the British found that was not the right thing to do.

In 1961, the OAU Charter was drawn up by three African blocs : one called the Casablanca Group, another called the Monrovia Group, and the third called the Brazzaville Group. In conclusion OAU charter was concluded on 25th May 1963, in Addis Ababa, starting on 25th May, 1947 but picked up later by - because the leader John Anacleto Atobua Agami from Lado Kingdom was killed in 1948 on April . It was Francis Kwame Nkrumah later, was the one who organised the African Independence Conference in Accra in 1958 as He was the Secretary to the King John Anacleta Atabua Agami of the Pan Africanism . OAU took its roots from Pan Africanism .

Lado advocated and will continue to do so for Pan Africanism to live with one flag for the Unity of Africa . It is high time that be put in Existence .

The name Pan Africanism sounds good and in its History philosophy as was formed for the first time and the philosophy goes to generations and generations of Africa . Pan Africanism has been given to us Black people by our Grand forefathers to ensure and contnue to Safe Guard the Basic interests and Rights to the Existence of all Blacks on this planet and in this Universe as a whole . This is the Biggest Gift to us Blacks we can be proud of and therefore it is our due Rights to defend it with no Jokes . Many of our Forefathers have already been slaughtered by the enemies of Blacks for the purpose of Pan Africanism .

What the Hell is all about with such strage denominations like African Union ( AU ) and again now changing to another name United States of Africa ( USA) . I hope this is not the Madness of some of the Africa puppet Leaders ( Western Anglo - American controlled ) mentors thinking for Africa and all the Blacks , once again .



THE SHAMING OF THE AFRICAN LEADERS OF OAU WHO FORGOT ABOUT THE TRUE ROLE OF PAN AFRICANISM WITH ITS HEADQUARTERS STILL " ARUA - ARU " INSIDE LADO IN AFRICA .


Truely Pan Africanism aim was to free Africa from the Yoke of Colonial rule and to bring about Equality, Justice and Progress on the Continent Africa.but this was brought to an end by the creation of OAU as the most ineffective and disastrous Organization Africa ever had : a complete black - dark decades of existence creating caos only of disunity since from 1963 till today I am writing ; where Africa knows only of Conflicts, Starvation, Deseases and internal Conflicts on the continent while African leaders waste the resources of the member countries doing nothing to curb the conflicts on the Continent, but aggravating the conflicts more by the ill -fate spending money by the leaders that yield nothing .



Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the so-called Headquarters of the OAU, is notorious for corruption and mismanagement. Even the OAU , now and still Headquarters of the new called African Union ( AU ) shamefully is never maintained to represent a site that holds the History and memories of Africa. The OAU gave deaf ear to the suffering of the African people from North to South, and from East to West . AU , futher more is maintaing this aptitude. One can argue therefore that the foundation of the OAU did not happen by accident. It was designed to keep Rulers such as Dr Kwame Nkurumah , Haile Selassie of Ethiopia, Jommo Kenyatta of Kenya, Kenneth Kawunda of Zambia, Ahmed Sekou Toure of Guinea, William V. S. Tubman of Liberia, and many other seated Members in power for lifetime. This is what happened .


During the rule from Ethiopia, the OAU gave deaf ear to the suffering of the Eritrean and Ethiopian people. Under Haile Salasie , Mengistu , thousands of innocent children during the " Kind of Terror," the OAU did nothing . The Congo war , Uganda / Lado - Tanzanian war could not be stopped by the OAU . The OAU cannot pretend that its leadership in the Headquarters in Adis Ababa did not know of the atrocities committed in Africa, and worst still to know the cities of Asmara and many cities in Ethiopia and Eritrea could have been of immediate concern to Adis Ababa .



Right now even the African Union which of course replaces OAU is such devastating that it ignores to resolve conflicts between Eritrea, Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan; failure to resolve the internal conflicts in Liberia; Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone; and failure to pay attention to other regional conflicts like in Angola, Zimbambwe ,Uganda , Mozambique, Chad and Lado , Polisario , Marrocco and Algeria .


Yet to read newspapers articles or watch televisione Nightmares on how African leaders, such as Mubuto of Zaire, Taylor of Liberia, Mengistu of Ethiopia and others loot their national Banks to enrich themselves and their Cronies. The OAU leadership never criticized these leaders, since the OAU leadership was also the leadership of Africa. Since I have always reported OAU turned out as only a away through to controll the Continent of Africa by the Europeans on a thought to give independence to the African people and to obliterate what the First Chairman of the Pan Africanism King Anacleto Atabua told to the rest of the African Chiefs / Leaders in the Confrence ( 1945 in Machester ) that Pan Africanism role as a Priority was to see that African Chiefs / Leaders should never have in thought to give away the Sovereign powers of their different Nations ( countries ) to the European Nations ( Countries ) ( cf : - The Broad View Legal Rights in the articles 6 and 15 of the European Berlin Treaty of 26th Feb , 1885 for the Colonisation of Africa ) . King Anacleto Atabua was killed for that reason by the British who today are occupying his Nation / Kingdom State - Lado in Sudan - Central Africa where there was to be the Headquarters of Pan Africanism in ARUA - ARU inside Lado .


Dr Kwame Nkurumah , erroneosly , as the Secretary to the King ( after the death of the King ) should have followed the footsteps of the Kings Advice than accept to follow the British Advice to form the OAU for preparing the Africans to accept only independences to be given to African Nation /Countries . In these terms to be frank then , just look through in the articles of the Charter of OAU which is of importance for Africa ; articles 2 ,3 , 7 , what the Hell has the OAU done of it . What a disgrace to Africa and to Africans and the world at large. But the African OAU and today still of the AU leaders pretend still and this time forms the AU which in reality consists of the same members of the OAU, it has a different focus they say :: to fight poverty and corruption, abjugates for the economic recovery of Africa and hold members to a standard of Government and respect for human rights. But the whole truth here is that AU is moving in the same direction of the OAU because you see the Members of the AU talk of Business only and as usual. The AU is only one of the guarantors of the Algiers Agreement (UN, EU, and USA). So far, the AU has neglected its responsibility by not enforcing the decision of the Boarder Commission , an appropriate Treaty to be reached and abide on by the African people like the Europeans did to divide and cut line boundries in Africa to rule which they are doing till todate . Who doesn't know that all the African , ( especially the Sub - Sahara ) propeperly called Sudan ( Black Territories ) are merely Province Territories belonging to Europeans ?



Why is the AU quiet on this important matter ?



One thing that comes to mind is that, the AU is corrupt and is following in the same footsteps like the OAU it has replaced . Nothing has changed, but the names only . I believe that the OAU is alive and kicking and enjoying the good life in the Buffets of Addis Ababa and elsewhere in and outside Africa . If Africa's corrupt leaders cannot curb corruption in their own countries, what makes one to believe that they will bring about changes in the AU ? It was a wishful thinking anyway .



Well , we all know now that AU is at a crossroad and failing at this point and is only spelling its in-effectiveness. What a price to pay when in a short time yet AU is planning to change name to United States of Africa ( USA ) .



Why is the international Community quiet?



I am sure of one thing , the International community enforces the ruling of the gangs in Addis Aba and elsewhere in Africa to implement this ruling. It is so clear the hypocrisy of this International Community. Common sense tells you when seeing large amounts of money are beeing approved by the United Nations body ( UN ) , UN quickly does to implement the demarcation and move their Peacekeepers ( properly to be called UN warriors ) and to save this amount of money . At present the UN is involved in several conflicts throughout the world. They need every dollar they can save and after all the UN is one of the guarantors of the Algiers agreement for Africa .


The Secretary General of the UN, Kofi Annan, was more concerned about his image rather than save millions of African lives. Because of his indecision , over million Rwandese died. He turned blind eye and death ear to the Rwandan situation. I am sure the blood of the Rwandese is hunting him at this time. Sometime one would think , Kofi Annan a Ghanaian National , fully of African Affairs knowledge would have tended and take a lot of effort to assist Africa, unfortunately during his tenure more Africans died : in Rwanda, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sierra Leon, Liberia, Congo, Sudan, Somalia , Polisario , Lado , etc ..... .



It is high time for a Secretary General to play a positive role in Africa than what has been done up to now . He shouldn't worry more about his personal image than living millions of people dying each day from conflicts, diseases, and starvation as it is the responsibility of the so called International Community . For example , for quite a long tme the independence issue of LADO in Sudan -Central Africa is still lying in the circle of United Nations ambit since from 1947 till today and also this includes the independence issues of St Helena and Polisario ( South - West Sahara ) in Africa today .

I wouldn't like to be a bother to you and to the many readers on this Index board but as of Africa Speaks Voice , I find it rightly and with my apologies still to all to bring to the attention of all Africans of the situation facing this Kingdom State of Lado in Africa which is struggling , it seems by herself , against the Foreign forces of non -  African people ,  yet ,  on the other hand they are using the same ,  some of the Africans to murder this State - Nation Kingdom . COLONIZATION AND RECOLONIZATION OF AFRICA



Daily relevant talks of todays Politician like leaders of Africa for the Organisations like the AU ( African Union ) hardly and never talk to mention at all of Independence or Sovereignty, but only talk about Social rights, Human rights, Women's rights, Civil society and NGOs and these types of "soft values" as opposed to the OAU, which in its charter sought to defend the Political Independence of African Nations / States .



There are also a lot of rubbish talks about International Peace Keeping, and how the International Community should go and enforce order upon the Africans which simply means in the end sounds like " Let ' s go and civilise the savages again because the last time we went down there they didn ' t get it ". The theory of the Recolonization of Africa is still valid , inother words when you are hearing from the mouths of these present African leaders . Recolonisation is being freely allowed by them through like a UN Mandate System, or through Big Business being allowed to go in and do it on a private basis.It seems many African leaders therefore do not what they are saying .

Accordingly , to me , there are two big issues for the African people to see : firstly, is the Organisational situation; secondly, there is the AU and what it entails . Meanwhile the European Mentor Colonialists are quite aware , but there are the Africans of two Categories: One being category of the so called Africans who are and referred to as educated, who are supposedly to have learned to speak English, French, Spanish, Portugeese; who are sometimes called middle class ( known best Black Europeans ) .

These ( The Black Europeans ) are different in thinking with the Africans, those who have no access to foreign European languages or to other modes ; such things of European way of doing and in behaviour but only have their own mother tongue language and therefore regarded as Primitive . Really between these two categories there is a conflict. A big conflict.

The question is , are the Africans as a whole going to return to Primitivity ? Actually this is what the Black Europeans say, and they say it is best that, now, we go foreword and abandon Primitivity. You know what this means ? It only means behind the philosophy is that , the Black man and the Black African must be civilized based on European Civilisation which must continue in the modes of Recolonisation and there is no question of being ashamed of that. What European say and in their daily talk is that : of Recolonisation of Africa which is not about it , should happen . The truth is that it is already happening. The best example of this is the AU. They even said it with their own mouths: AU was founded based on European Union model. This is the plain fact . Africans cannot blame their Forefathers for selling themselves as slaves. Back then ( in the 1840`s and onwards ) the Europeans had to kill in order to get the Land . It was a war on Africans . There did not exist such things like taking Prisoners of War . In war all those captured either were killed or taken as slaves . Naturally , there were also some treacherous African Chiefs who benefited out of their collaborations with the foreign forces to sell their fellow Africans for whatever rewards they received . But today with a glass of wine to the President of an African country, you get the whole Land. So they can save the bullets and loot Africa at will as they ( the Europeans and others ) want. This is the worrying situation for Africa in days to come now .

The other Issue is Peace Keeping. which is just a Game. In a way this is trying to transform, to change, to rule the present African Countries, who would like to revolt and seek for Freedom and Independence therefore, you must hit them hard, so that they obey those Black Africans who are their Leaders, chosen by their European Masters.

In short , Peace Keeping is being used as an Instrument in the same way as Colonial Armies were brought to control the African chiefs and the ordinary African population. It means the same thing. Colonial soldiers or Peace Keeping . There is no difference other than one starts with P ( Peace force ) and the other one starts with C ( Colonial force ) . This is the truth Reality.

I ought to have a thought about those Africans who are considered primitive - perhaps like Mugabe of Zimbabwe – He might be one of the most " primitive " ones, but He and others in Africa are still struggling for the Land against the mighty British. He will continue to fight and perhaps through him is to learn and thoroughly well whereby Africans can succeed to maintain their Land, defend their People and achieve Freedom and Liberty in the future, in the continent of Africa.

But the homework is to be done because in the Political Arena I have come across the concept that Africa should not be free and that it should be ruled from Europe as an appendage of Europe. What is the difference between African Union and the OAU ?

I can say it as follows : AU, which means the African Union ( formed in Sirte in Libya; as Idea and foundation but the Constitutive Act was drawn up in Togo on 11th July 2000 and completed in Pretoria, South Africa ) while the OAU, Organisation of African Unity as Idea and foundation was created in 1947 on 25th May when the King of Lado ( John Anacleto Atobua Agami) talked to the African Chiefs, saying that Africans should have an organisation of their own to bring African Unity and OAU came into being on 25th May 1963, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ( on the Birthday of this King of Atobua of Lado ) as a commomeration to him .

This Idea of OAU came about because part of Africa was French speaking ( Francophonie ) and the other part of Africa was English speaking, with headquarters in London.The Francophone Headquarter was situated in Paris. There was the Arabic speaking in the North.Africa with Headquaters in Cairo, Egypt, who are Africans too. The fourth group was the Portuguese speaking Africans such as Angola, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, and Cap Verde. Then there was the Spanish speaking Africans: Equatorial Guinea and Western Sahara, though they ( Western Sahara )are not yet independent. This was termed as Lucophone Africa.

Africa was ( and still is ) divided into these four. Groups : Anglophone, that is all English speaking people under British Commonwealth now , Francophone, all French speaking people known as La Francophonie with headquarters in Paris under France, Lucophone all the Spanish and Portuguese speaking Africans with their headquarters in Lissabon and Madrid and the Arabic speaking with Headquaters in Cairo. Finally you have the last Ladophone, the Sudanic Speaking Africans in Ladoland, known as the State of lado with its headquarters in Arua - Aru .

It is important to note that some people think Arabic is an African Language. The answer is no, Arabic is an Asian language. It is a Foreign Language and a Religious Language like Latin, which is a Religious Language and European language. It cannot be called an African Language. The Arabic peoples conquered North Africa in the 7th century ( 640 AD – 740 AD ).

Today at UN, Africans are identified either as Arabic speaking, Francophone, Anglophone or Lucophone. Africa does not exist. That is why in Africa The State of Lado through its Provisional Government ( LPG ) decides that the people of Lado are called Ladophone. So the Lado People, are not any of the four. This is is the battle today, why we are told Lado should not be an Independent and Sovereign Nation State, because we will spoil Africans.



Now, what is the real difference between OAU and AU ?



OAU was the African Souls working to achieve Unity amongst themselves. Whereas AU means a Union with the Europeans. ( Read the OAU Charter of 1963 and the AU Constitutive act of 11th July 2000 ) .

Let me just repeat to clarify: Organisation of African Unity ( OAU ) means Unity among African People – that is Francophone, Anglophone, and Lucophone. No matter what differences are in Religion, be they Catholic, Protestant, Muslim etc, or Tribe, the idea is that African people must come together as a People of Africa; and as an Entity.

African Union ( AU ) means the whole Continent of Africa united with Europeans, ruled by Europe, so it means union with Europeans. The other one ( OAU is the Unity amongst Africans by themselves, fighting for their Freedom and Liberty. This is the distinction between the two: African Unity and the African Union.

The Africans are not allowed to know that, the African Union means uniting with Europeans so another organ is created. called NEPAD which is referred now as the New Economic Partnership for African Development with Europe, which they say is based on the European Union model, that is the distinction between the two. Lado retains OAU Charter with Headquaters in Arua - Aru, in Lado. Lado shall not seek to be a full member of the AU. . AU is an outside matter in Africa .

The choice is: do you as African want to unite with Europe and be ruled from Europe, whether it is Paris, Brussels, or London or do you want the African Unity to be ruled from the African Continent by yourself ? That is in brief what it is. It is a Matter of Choice.

In conclusion OAU charter was concluded on 25th May 1963, in Addis Ababa, starting on 25th May, 1947 but picked up later by - because the leader John Anacleto Atobua Agami from Lado Kingdom was killed in 1948 on April . It was Francis Kwame Nkrumah later, was the one who organised the African Independence Conference in Accra in 1958 as He was the Secretary to the King John Anacleta Atabua Agami of the Pan Africanism . OAU took its roots from Pan Africanism .


In 1961, the OAU Charter was drawn up by three African blocs : one called the Casablanca Group, another called the Monrovia Group, and the third called the Brazzaville Group. So the three Groups formed the Organisation of African Unity. The only concerned Organisation in Africa yet , therefore still , till todate is OAU WITH ITS ORIGINES AND PRINCIPLES AS A RESULT OUTCOME OF THE MACHESTER CONFRERENCE MEETING 1945  .

AFrican Union sounds more and more like UNATO (UN/NATO).  We are only talking here.  It seems with the present world food shortages looming, and dependant nations in Africa relying on aid grain exports from surpluses, there had better be some sort of geurilla domestic food production movement to support OAU principals.  AFrican farmers are brainwashed that EU barriers to food imports are stifling economic development, while domestic food production remains low on priorities as long as subsidized carrot and stick food aid comes in.  some govts want tax revenue, not self reliant food farming (no taxes, or slow to develop taxable revenue).  I have seen this all over the world in many developing countries.  Exports mean taxes quickly paid to the govt, while the food aid keeps bare necessiities going.  A vicious cycle. AFrica is huge, internal domestic trade between enlightened OAU states could close the gap in a hurry.  Who needs their stupid paper money showing up on computer screens?.  Mint three strategic/precious metal coins as OAU money and start trading with each other.  The Euros, Americans, China , Japan and India can be paid with your coinage and nothing else if they want those metals they cannot do without.  Let them assay it and bargain, who cares?  They have nothing if you don't let one ounce of such metals out of AFrica unless it is minted, or at least a "big three". Well, just off the top of my head here.  It's not just gold.  Like a magnesium OAU "Lado-(put in Sudanese word for "treasure" here). 

NO country, including Europe, can  be expected to sacrifice self suficiency in food production for the sake of so called fair trade principals - frozen carrots and peas grown in Kenya and air freighted to America is the problem, not the solution.  Just thinking of some sort of meaningful agenda to strengthen resolve of people who need energy (food and water) to carry on.  Demand balance in any foreign investments that serious parnterships involve REPARATIONS from former colonial powers and slave traders (USA, Catholic Church, Jews, Jesuits) dedicated to restoring infrastructure in food and water resources.  Any deviation by African leadership of such reparations shall be punishable by death (Chinese /Confucian model of civil service code, not my idea, their's ).

If Israel can get trillions for this tiny land mass and relatively small population in reparations, then Moffa descendants should get some measure of consideration based on at least UN resolutions, as hollow as they might be. Let that come forward, compare and contrast in context with Tony Martin's revelations and others .

So clearly I do appreciate your Pin Points in your message above but the trouble for Africa lies still deep in the Imperial Peace on the Africans though I see no difference between this Imperial Peace and Slavery or Colonisation of which the so called most African Elite / Leaders consciously or unconsciously are not aware of . My fear is that there are always the well bred selected leaders by the West to run Africa for them . Let alone Lado still at war with the Superior West in Africa till today .

What means peace is the absence of war. If one decided to go, rob ones neighbours, plunder their lands, carry off their women folk, burn down their towns and villages and other such unsavoury activities , this absolutely is what we call war where it means to take all of others and kill at will remains still the thinking of a man in terms of war .

Well, I get your point, considering I'm a student of Roman History and wrote somethign a few years back on the Iraq war entitled Punitive Wars and Mass Torture that received wide attention and people started talking about the Romanization of the E.U and USA. I don't want to offend todays Italians, I don't beleive in good v evil singularities or dualities per se and much of Etruscan/Native Italian/Roman civilization is admirable.  They were just so good at it, unlucky for them in the eyes of so called posterity and hindsight historical judgements.  So, we as students of history are supposed to apply the knowledge, but here in America, it is anti history, anti intellectual, dumbed down supreme, hopeless to talk to people, I am sorry, it's the way it is, no sudden transformation of white society will suddenly occur.

Germany protested against this arrangement; the treaty never was ratified.


In 1908, the Lado Enclave, which in fact never before had been under British administration, but as forming part of the Nile Basin was within British territorial claim, "reverted" to British rule and was, for the most part, administratively incorporated into the Sudan (1910), as were parts of Ugandan territory (Gondokoro); only the southern tip of the Lado Enclave was integrated into Uganda.

THE SILENT BREEZE OF LADO History Part II


The name Sudan is being wrongly used, it doesn't reflect the Social – Identity of people . Anyhow, the name Sudan in a broad sense, refers in Arabic terms of languages to blacks of Africa, south of Sahara desert, in a vast extending area covering up the belt from the Western African Coast of Atlantic Ocean to the East African Coast of Indian Ocean. Within this belt Region/Territory, there have been, as history narrates, human beings who lived in an organised social way of life in this geographical areas giving rise to Nations/Countries/States or Kingdoms.


The fall of the World's Super power, the Pharaohnic Rule, collapsed definitely with the rising kingdoms of the North Africa: Egypt being divided into three kingdoms of Upper, Middle and Lower and the Nuba people who fought along side the people of Lado chose to settle around the foot hills of Mt. Nuba Territory, thus becoming kingdom of Nuba. Together with the kingdom of Makuria they formed the kingdoms of North Sudan. The Lado people moved onto settle on the foot hills of the mountain, which they named Mt. Lado in 687 B.C. lying in the Sudan - the Central Africa, with the southern tip end of Territory extending up to Lake Ombizako (a name in Lui language of Lado), today called "Lake Albert " in a foreign language. The war lords and the riche Ottomans decided to invade the areas of Territory, south of Sahara desert (Sudan), of which according to the Ottomans, belonged to and was the property of the Territory of Egypt.


In 1821, the Ottoman empire's invasion. The Turco-Eggyptian occupation, as it was later called, was to plunder the blacks, south of Sahara desert (Sudan), of their gold, ivory, timber and other natural resources . The occupying forces, enslaved millions of South Sudan black populations, who were then sold to the Arabian, American and European slave traders. An unattractive trade, as history records it as an awful dreadful Economic policies adopted by these slave traders in the entire civilisation of human race.


In fact, and through out, mankind had to put an end to this horrible trade. But surely, all in all, the western world, the so called colonial powers, played once again another dominant role in a different way, by using language pattern skills to do exactly what the Ottomans started, and that was to bring the whole territories of the Ottoman conquest under their domain.


How ?


Destroy the Nation-Country-State and kingdoms, divide the land territories and give to them foreign names and let the people not know of their way of living, tell them, that they are not civilised in their way of life in a direction of education and use the same people to plunder the natural resources from their lands , yes, the truth is that, the same blacks remained slaves on their own land; having lost territorial integrity.


The interpretation of Berlin Treaty


The Berlin treaty of 26th. Feb.1885 in history opened the chapter for this matter of the colonisation of Africa. The article 6 of the treaty is very clear on this issue. The Central- Africa (Lado) remained the biggest problem ever, since from 1885 till to date, because in a broad legal sense Lado people as a Nation-State, refused and still rejects to sign to the former colonial and to the present forces who aspire still for the overall legitimate control of this Central Africa-Lado. That means Lado has not been colonised by any foreign forces in accordance to the Berlin treaty as such. The Belin treaty is still in force as there has not yet been another treaty signed to nullify the Berlin conference which established the treaty itself, thus to cancel it. The Colonial powers and the present proxy forces know more about this , but unfortunately, it seems most African community members of States of today may or may not care to know of this fact. Thus living the Lado issue to dissolve in nulla. Up to now, there has still been no present African Nation-State as such, who has at least courage to put to the International community (such as U.N) the challenge of the illegality of the Berlin treaty and its implications. Probably, there is a definite answer to that, when the present modern States acquired their so called, independences from the colonial powers in the most absurd incomprehensible way, they only favoured for a second time, the application of the implication of the Berlin treaty. All in all , with few exceptions, African modern State/Country leaders , obeyed to sign to live and exist under the power Authority of the foreign powers. especially in international and internal decisions making decisions, In international relations, these countries have no Capacity to decide and therefore no Sovereignty. This is the reason why these independent modern African Nations/Countries find themselves in difficulties to raise the issue of Lado affairs at an International conference for discussions. Independence and freedom for Lado is to be established according to the provisions of the United Nations Charter as yet.

PARTITION OF LADO BY BRITAIN AND LADO'S CONTINOUS STRUGGLE FOR FREEDOM -----


The geographical area of Lado is located at the " White Nile " in the Nile - Congo Watershed Region , which also shares borders with Sudan, Central African Republic D R Congo, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia . But if you check your World maps, Lado is not found. The reason being that the West and the Europeans have pulled out Lado from the maps by stretching out the Lado country to Sudan, Uganda, the Congo and the Central African Republic countries . This prerogative objective was a master mind complot and finally to result as a conquest and totally destruction of Lado as a people and Land . Done this from 1910 - 1914 , Britain and Lado entered into a military war battle with Lado which lasted for 5 years from 1914 - 1919 . The war came to a stop as peace agreement ( Truce ) was reached and signed by Britain and Lado in 1920 .


A Senior Police High Commissioner in South Africa Mr E. Weatherhead , who indeed participated in the Lugbari ( Lado ) British War from 1914-1919, was the British envoy sent to Odupi in Lado to sign this agreement on belhaf of the British Crown .The British on the diplomatic character honoured to respect the existence of the State of Lado . The Agofe / King of Lado signed the peace agreement for Lado .


As a legitimate recognition , the Agofe ( King ) of Lado was awarded the Merit of the highest Order in Council of the Queen ( The title O M. ) Mr E . Witherhead in turn was appointed then Governor General to represent the British Crown to Lado with Headquarters in the Capital of Lado , Arua. . One of the Cardinal out come of this truce was to prepare an understandable future diplomatic relations to be estabished between Britain and Lado and to find meaningful terms on the Water uses in question and particularly the uses of the water flows of the White - Nile river.( The Nile - Water diplomacy ) , as put it , " who controlls the entire Nile - Valley water flows from the source up to Egypt Nile delta , controlls Egypt " . Britain being quite aware and till todate tried and tries to push out any other foreign powers to establish and exercise any rule authority directly or indirectly over the Land territories through which the Nile - water flows .. Just look look at maps , and you will find out that the bulk of the source of the Nile flow is the bolt - hold of the source by Lake Ombizako which the British named Lake Albert . Lado is the strategic Land to be under the supervision of Britain as she had already secreetly occupied Egypt in 1882 .The other Western foreign powers of the world had to be pushed away from occupying Lado . By war or not Britain must take Lado as a possession under the Crown of Britain . This is the leading chapter to the European and Western major conflict over Lado . For the best reasons known only to the Western European history writers , it is hard to find the name Lado being used in their writings . Lado is vaguely refered to as Side territory , That Area of Central Africa , and of course widely in use now , Lado is hidden under the collective term name of the Great Lake regions of Central Africa to suit the cause and the corse of events of the wars in Central Africa of which Lado is the heart . Lado and its history must not be known .


WITH SUCH REMARKS HISTORY :


King Leopoldo of Belgium , Head of the Free State of the Congo considered the Sudan territory of Side ( also known by the sweat Leopoldiano ) like part of his territory. When in 1881 the revolt of the Mahdi made loose to Egypt the control of Sweat, diverse Leopoldo sent to Side , expeditions and settled down a position in Lado . Agreements with Great Britain ( 12 of May and 14 of August of 1894 ) recognized the temporary possession to him of the territory called formally Side Enclave , separated from the province of Bahr el Ghazal.


The agreement was modified the 9 of May of 1906 having delimited the sphere of influence of both States in the Nile and Tanganyka Lake. Certain territories of the sphere of British influence were left into the hands of the Free State of the Congo. The territory mentioned has " the Eastern border is the Nile ) , the western one is the Nile-bassin, the border of the North is a horizontal line through Fashoda, and the one of the South is the German Eastern Africa. While this territory remains in being of the Free State of the Congo , it will have a special flag " The territory within the agreement was divided in two zones by the line of the 30 degrees : the western one would always belong to the Sovereigns of the Free State of the Congo and the Eastern one would be rented to the Sovereign and would return to British Sovereignty after the death of Leopoldo II. After protests of France to Leopoldo II , it was agreed in turn that the territory to the East of the line of the 30 degrees was reduced to 15,000 miles square. This territory became the Enclave of Side ( although it was not an enclave ) , a seperate administration was established in the city of Side , Capital Lado .


Great Britain in her pretext protested soon by the bad administration of the Territory by the Belgian King Leopoldo II . King Leopoldo made as a donation the Congo Free State to Belgium, thus becoming a Colony ( The Belgian Congo ) in 1908. Leopoldo II died in 1909 and the unclear illegal adopted term of renting territory side to the King up to 1910 seized to exist thus reverting it to Britain . "


Britain in her treacherous acts to destroy Lado decided on her own with war campaigns against any of the Western powers who dared to enter into Lado Affairs , partitioned then , most of the Territory Land Enclave ( Lado ) , incorporting it into the State of Sudan , except for a portion of the South - west that was ceded to Uganda and part of South - east was left to be Belgium colony .


Britain pretends and forgets , in the legal concensus , that Lado is a property of Lado people but not a possession as such for rents ( York of colonisation ) . No single Lado person has at any one time signed with no any foreign power and not even with Britain herself to give the right of ownership of Lado territory to foreign rule .


What today is talked of Southern Sudan , is a secreet move to see that the part of North Lado region remains attached to the southern part of the Sudan State This really part of the south of State of Sudan lies deep in the Sudan State 5° 30 mins parallel of latitude above the northen limit boarder of Lado . " It is worth to know that there is a big difference between the name Sudan and the State of Sudan "


Rising of the Morden State of Sudan and its implication on Lado


Before , Sudan State was known as Mahdi State not until 2nd september 1898 . The Mahdi State was militarily defeated by the combined forces of Britain and the Egyptian forces thus becoming later to be known , the Anglo - Egyptian Sudan State in 1899 . Both Egypt and Britain decided in 1955 to give independence to this territory becoming The State of Sudan in a streatch of Land with its Southern parts boardering with the north limit boarder of Lado State . ( c . f - Lugbari ( Lado ) / Belgium convention of 28th September 1892 )


THE PEOPLE AND POPULATION OF LADO .


The population of Lado is estimated at 7 million souls It is composed of mainly Sudanics who are are divided into 29 ethnic - tribe groups ( Lugbari , Madi - Moru , Bari , Kaliko , Logo , Kebu - Ndu , Lendu , Avukaya , Gimara , Azande , Makaraka , Kuku , Gbaka and etc .......... The Alur - Jonam are the only non - Sudanic ethnic . They are a Luo ethnic . The languages spoken in Lado are Lua , Lue , Lui , Luu and Luo tribes with afflilliation to the State of Lado . Specifically the spoken Lui language is understandable to all for communications .


DIPLOMATIC HISTORY OF LADO .


The Sudanic population of Lado was located in this region year 700 b.c From that date up to the first of the 19th centuary ( 1850 ) the history of Lado took place among its ethnic groups , apart from the slave trade which had consequences on its administrative organisations . Half of the 19th centuary , especially from 1870 on - wards , the Sudanic population had to face foreign interference and invasions from the Arab and European colonialists , thus leading Sudanics to fight unending wars against these foreign invaders . And the wars against colonialists are still being fought till todate .


1887 :  On 29 April , Paris treaty betwwen France and Belgium was concluded about the frontiers between the Congo - Leopoldville , Lado and the French Equatoria Africa Congo - Brazzaville , Central African Republic and Chad .


1890 :  On 24 May a treaty ( sometimes refered to as Macknnon treaty ) was signed betwwen Britain and Belgium recognising the frontier betwwen Lado and British Spheres of influence to the east of the River Nile .


1892 :  From 1879 to 1889 Lado was held out in a ten years of war against Belgium to defend its Sovereignity . The war ended with peace treaty of Wadelai ( Lado ) of 28th September1892 between Lado and Belgium . Lado never recognised the Belgium Crown over her ( Lado ) Sovereignity .


1894 May :  The Brussels treaty of 12 May 1894 was signed and for the first time , the term Lado Enclave figured out . Lado enclave was to be for linking all the possessions of the British Crown from Cape Town in South Africa to Cairo in Egypt .


1894 June :  The Brussels treaty of 12 May 1894 was denounced by the Belgium - British declaration of 22 June in favour of Germany .


1894 August :  The Brussels treaty of 12 May was again denounced by the treaty of Paris of 14 , 1894 between France and Belgium .


1899 :  France disengaged herself from the problems of Lado thruogh the Cairo treaty of 21 March 1899 , between Britain and France which was concurrently signed in Cairo ( Egypt ) and in London ( Britain ) by the French Ambassador Paul Gabon and the British Lord Salsbury . This treaty sanctioned the French to withdraw from the Nile Valley Conflict .


1904 :  The treaty of the 8th April . 1904 between France and Britain : France undertook a commitment before Britain to adopt a neutral attitude over the question of Lado , meaning that when Britain is in war with Lado , France was not to help her against Britain in return for the British withdrawl from Moroco in favour of France .


1906 :  Britain concluded another treaty , Treaty of London with Belgium on 9th May 1906 to obtain Belgium cooperation as a fellow Europeans to colonise Lado . In December 1906 a similar agrement was reached with Italy and succesfully with Portugal , Spain and Germany all in all forcing these countries not to come into military help , assistance and not to trade with Lado .


1907 :  In the same manner , in 1907 , Britain reached another agreement with Russia to obtain the Russian abstaintion from assisting Lado when at war with Britain in exchange for Iran which was important to Russia ( cf . - Arua treaty between Lugbari and Russia for mutual cooperation . ) .


1920 :  From 1914 - 1919 , War broke up between Britain and Lado which in history is know as Lugbari - British war . It was fought for 5 years and ended in 1920 with the peace treaty signed at Odupi in Lado . There has been no treaty signed by Lado for recognition of the British Crown till todate .


1936 :  From then 1926 there has been always tension between British occupant and Lado and again war broke out into the Kakua - kajo - keji war of between 1931 - 1936 . The war did not end until the United States ( U . S . A ) intervention by President Franklin D . Rooesvert in 1936 .


1947 :  The question of the colonisation of Lado was raised in the United Nations Organisation ( UNO ) - Trusteeship Council which the British wished to discuss with Uganda by the USSR . The citizens of Lado asked for freedom .


1948 :  On the April of 1948 , the Keego / Prime Minister of Lado was assassinated by the British Colonial Authorities when he was to travel to UN for talks on Lado . From that time up to now Britain does every thing to keep Lado as her Possession ( Occupied Territory ) . Punishes any body who dares to use the name Lado .


POLITICAL AFFAIRS


1951 :  The assassination death of the Prime Minister of Lado re - opened the war again with Britain , the 3 years war , ( 1948 - 1951 ) . The British conservative Government under the wise old man Prime Minister Winston .S .Churchhill in 1951 stopped the war and favoured a thoughtful approach to Independence for Lado . The Governor for Lado affairs by then was Major General Sir John Hall .


1952 :  Lado Envoy Extraordinary Atamva John Bart Agami who today is the present AGOFE / KING of Lado was sent with assistance of Egypt - President Colonel Abdel Nasser to USSR to meet the Secretary General Marshal Joseph Stalin as Lado situation was precipitating following the British attitude towards Lado .  This time the USSR took a side for Lado .


1953 :  Another yet , Keego / Prime Minister of Lado was assassinated by the British to change the political cause of Lado . In this particular moment , Lado had rejected the British intention of creating an East African Federation as Lado a part of it .


1953 :  Once again this time , the Lado Envoy Extraordinary Atamva John Bart Agami was sent with the assistance of Ethiopia - Emperor Haile Selassie Tafari Makonnen to meet Prime Minister , Wiston . S . Church hill , in Malta .


1954 :  Nile Bridge talks - between Lado Envoy Extraordinary and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II took place in Uganda . It was agreed that Lado would be independent in 1960 / 1961 .


1956 :  A conference was held in Arua which included , Congo's first Prime Minister , Mr Patrick Lumumba on the question of Lado and its Peoples Rights to Self - determination and on the question of the Nile waters . ( cf .Nile Waters Agreement of 1929 and Nile Waters Utilization Agreement of 8th November . 1959 ) .


1957 :  The Representative of Lado Atamva ( Mr ) , Ringe afterwards was assassinated . Atamva Ringe is an Alur of Luo tribe in Lado.


1958 :  General Elections of March 1958 were held to determine the independence of Lado and the future Prime Minister after Decolonisation . Atamva Gaspero ( a Lugbari tribe ) won the elections amongst all the candidates of the 29 tribes of Lado .


1960 :  The Agofe of Lado in the untimely natural death KARANGA " HIGHEST MILITARY TITLE / GENERAL IN ENGLISH VERSION "   - ANACIA BOROA , O M died of whose death the British properly took advantage for the independence of Lado as promised by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II .


1962 :  In 1962 , Uganda received her independence from Britain but on the Political grounds , the Lado leader was arrested and sentenced to imprisonment by the British Authority in Uganda . He was and is the living physical person today of the Agofe of Lado who fortunately was released by his military personel of which he was the commandant of the army in Uganda under the Supeme Command of Her Majesty ..


1962 :  Uganda got its independence but remains till todate under the Supreme Authority of the Crown of Britain ( c f Implications of the British commomwealth ) , Uganda offers a suitable base for attacks on Lado .


1967 :  A new political constitution after being draughted in 1966 was passed in Uganda Parliament , without allowing a debate on it in 1967 . ( intention was to hide the knowledge that Lado is a seperate State from Uganda since 1892 . ) .


1971 :  Uganda ' s plot for the extermination came into picture in 1971 of the 1967 master plan to finalise but failed in carrying it out in


January 1971 :  The result came out of the over throw of the President of Uganda Mr Apollo Milton Obote ( a Luo trbe of Uganda State . ) . And by the Military hierachy Major General Idi Amin ( a Sudanic - Kakua by tribe from Lado ) took over the State Affairs of Uganda on 25th January 1971 ) . In the re - orgainsation of the State of Uganda General Idi Amin thought it wise to take back the Sovereignity of Uganda to view the Uganda - Lado relations This became a big blow defeat for the British . The Sudaic people in Uganda and Lado finally had to be wiped off completly in a war to be declared over Lado and her people


1975 :  London Agreement of 1975 was reached . It was worked out in Lusaka in Zambia between Uganda and Britain , inclulding other commonwealth countries to fight the Sudanic tribes of the State of Lado


1979 :  In March 1979 , the Uganda Ethnic groups ( Bantu , Nilotics / Luo and Nilo hamatics and of Tanzania and other Africans held " Moshi Confrence " in Tanzania , finally to impliment the London Agreement of 1975 .


1978 / 9 : War was declared on Lado and its people ( predominately Sudanic race ) from 6th October 1978 to April 1979 , whereby 250, 000 soldiers were assembled from all over the world especially from the British Commonwealth Countries and from the Political allies of Britain . In the diplomatc channel it was Denmark , a strong British ally who undertook running the diplomatic machinary to impliment the war and was the one who raised the issue in the United Nations under the cover that the war in Uganda was necessary to over throw the World ' s worst dictator ever known , General Idi Amin . General Idi Amin is a Kakua - Sudanic tribe in Lado . After the over throw of Idi Amin , the coming true President of Uganda Mr, Yusuf Lule said " the Nile is betwwen us " , confirming the existence of the two States : i.e Lado ( since 1892 ) and Uganda ( since 1894 ) .

Citizens of Lado are being chased up and down and from one corner of Lado to another corner of their own land and within their own Mother land betwwen State of Uganda , State of Sudan and State of Zaire / D R Congo .


In 1955 the North Ladoans ( refered to as Southern Sudan people ) were chased ,


In 1960 West Ladoans ( refered to as North East of D R Congo ) were chased


In 1978 / 79 the South Ladoans ( refered to as West - Nile / or incooperate of late as region of North Uganda ) were chased .


This is the very root of the Sudanic people of Lado to see and they can not go on living as Refugees , Displaced Persons and Stateless Persons . By this very virtue , the citizens of Lado risk the danger of becoming and  be permenent International Slaves and Labourers of their Enemies . To this effect or this way , in 1987 , the Lado Provisional Government is formed and is adhering to and for the Decolonisation of Lado and to bring Lado back on the World map as before with the assistance of the United Nations Organisation through the peaceful means ( article 1 and article 73 of the U N charter ) and may God assist Lado for this case


Lado existed and still exists , may be till todate as one of the Worlds Oldest State - Kingdoms . 1 -  The Lado was founded in 10th Centuary and developed through the 11th and 12th Centuary into its present features and forms

Path - ways of the wars on lado :


The European States divided the African Continent amongst them on 3 August 1875 . This is according to the ( the Paris Resolution ) and again on 26 February 1885 ( the Berlin Treaty ) where they took African Freedom and Liberty and imposed their Religion and their Values on the African Peoples .Nobody cared then that the African Continent consisted of Ancient Countries and Kingdoms which were much older and possessed a Richer Culture than that of the European States. Not only sometimes , but history reapts itself But it is man that intentionaly determines his actions in his Blue - prints . In short the 3rd August of the Paris resolution and the 26th February of the Berlin Treaty are Blue - prints for the path - ways and the consequent wars on Lado to have been launched and to be implimented . As history explains , .it is not a mockery now , just to see Blue - prints being drawn exactly as has been done on Africa . The same groups of the western world seem to have drawn up a Blue - print to divide the Middle East, imposing their Values, i.e. Religion, Market Economy, Education and so called Human Rights on the Populations in that Region bombing them into 'Democracy if they don' t submit willingly. This same Gunboat Diplomacy was used on the Af-rican leadership more than a Century ago, and in South America five Centuries ago.


In this Grand Chessboard of the World, where the Winners take it all, the Plan is that the African Continent is to remain under the Dominion of Europe, or rather under the extended EC / EU, who will Dominate the Continent under Colonial Rule. Under these Auspices the British are planning to Annex Lado into Uganda, which is a British Protectorate under the British Commonwealth and into the Republic of Sudan, the former Anglo - Egyptian Condominium ( Anglo - Egyptian Sudan )


When the British wanted to Occupy the LADO Territory ( The Area or Territory Side ) in 1947, His Excellence, Major E. Weatherhead , had become the Acting Governor of British Uganda Protectorate . Uganda was a Protectorate under the British Foreign Office until it was Transfered by British Order in Council ( Uganda ) in 1908 to the British Colonial Office ( BCO ) which is today the British Commonwealth Office ( BCO still ) with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as the Head of the Commonwealth . Major E. Weatherhead, whom I have hinted on before , participated in the Lugbari ( LADO ) British War from 1914-1919, was appointed Governor-General of LADO with Headquarters in the Capital of LADO, Arua. The truth to tell is this , it is the British Occupation of LADO which Lado people have been fighting against up to till today and since from 1947 . Weatherhead ( nicknamed Nzerekede ) by Lado people , came to LADO twice only , whereby he took his wife Helen and his daughter Margaret there, who kept close relations to the LADO Royal Family up to the 1970 ' s .


The LADO Issue, and the abominable treatment of the LADO People was close to Weatherhead ' s heart, and during his time as Police Commissioner of South Africa he drew up a Peace Agreement between LADO and England ( 1919-1920 ) . Other British VIP ' s, like Governor-General, Sir Charles Gordon ( well known as China ) and Prime Minister Winston Churchill, also warmly supported the Independence of LADO, and as did Queen Elizabeth II in 1954 when she promised LADO Independence by May 1960 - but Powerful Political and Business Interests always stood in the way and blocked the Independence of LADO. The strong political view was seen and has not changed since then , is of the High Commissioner of North - West India , Sir John Maffey who after leaving India was appointed Governor - General of Sudan and Lado to carry out that very same job to wipe out the Lado Royal family . the Lado Chiefs , and the Lado leaders and their families . No resistance to British rule was tolerated with this philosophy by the Lado people .

During World War II , King Atobua of Lado , was assassinated on 14 April 1948 by the British Colonial Agents on British Orders . Agofe / King Atabua commanded King Afican Regiments ( KAR ) under Admiral Lord Louis Francis Mountbatten in Burma . Admiral of Fleet, Lord Mountbatten was the Supreme Allied Commander in South-East Asia 1943 - 1946 . The world historians have to know such stories but it seems the western history writers have and they do ommit to mention of foreign heroic immages . LADO Noblemen Joined the Crusaders as Knights of St. John -----


When His Holiness, Pope Urbano II, called for the First Crusade in 1095 A.D., some LADO Noblemen joined with the Knights Templars ( St. John's Knights ) in Malta to fight in the First Crusade. The route went through Malta where the Crusaders were enrolled into the prestigious ( Knights of St. John ) and at that time the Lado ebony black forefathers fought on equal terms as Knights of St. John and under the banner of the Maltese Cross . New Religion penentrations in the Heart of Africa - Lado


The History of Lado and the People of Lado is characterised or indeed one , which is covered in , since theirs has always been a case of defending their Homeland and their Right to choose their own Way of Life on their own Land. As the wave of the new Religion ( Islam ) to the Lado peoples religion ( Ori ) started to roll from the northern part of the African Continent around 700 a.d , the Lado People fought back the Religious Invaders from the North, and Lado acted as a Boulder which prevented Islam (Arabs) from conquering the remainder of Africa. Together with Ethiopia and Eritrea Lado was the first country on the African Continent to welcome Christianity - a religion with which they were aware of eversince under the Egyptian pharaonic domination right from the time following the war, which started as a Spartacus-like rebellion from 1090 b.C. to 700 b.C. when LADO became Independent from Egypt, the Sudanics ( Lado people ) left Egypt around 749 b.C. - as their predecessors the Jews had done under Moses around 11-1200 b.C. The ladoan people had always found Christianity very close to their own religion ( Ori ) inspired way of life. So Christianity has never been as such predicated as being brought and impressed upon the Social - entity people of Lado , justifying this to be the role play off and as part of credit to be attributed to the western world civilisation to the Africans .The Catholicism and protestatism in Christianty came about as away of re - grouping different peoples to follow certain ways of conduct in away of life to choose and use some determing rituals of worship as away of approch to the Heavenly Creator of all the Human Souls on this planet earth . Similar to Faith ( Ori ) Belief guidance of the people of Lado , gave a welcome to the Catholic Fathers - in the shape of their hooded cloaks , when they were sent as Missionaries (Franciscan Fathers) from Austria around 1711 A.D with their Mother House in Valletta, Malta. Afterwards , Rome - Vatican decided to erect the Vicariate Apostolic of Sudan Central Africa where ( Lado ) represents the heart . The idea of this mission in Central Africa either came about at the instigation of Father Ryllo, a missionary in Syria, or thanks to the work of Father Casolani, a Maltese priest, who had made easier through his a special study of the geography of Cental Africa. Anyhow, Father Casolani was asked by the Propaganda Fide to furnish the urgently needed documentation regarding the unknown interior Sudan belt region of Africa .


According to Casolani , there were two ways to penetrate into the interior Africa to reach the Central Heart of Africa : one leading from the Atlantic coast and the other from Northern Africa. Father Casaloni himself judged the road from Tripoli to be the safer one and therefore suggested that the Propaganda enlarged the existing Prefecture Apostolic of Tripoli with the Sahara, and to use the Prefecture as a base for further missionary undertaking . When he made clear that he would accept the leadership of a new expedition, he was appointed Vicar Apostolic of a new Vicariate. It became an independent circumscription, including also the Eastern areas of Sudan, bordering on the Vicariate Apostolic of Egypt and Arabia and the Prefecture Apostolic of Abyssinia : ( Brief: " Ex debito pastoralis officii " of Pope Gregory XVI, 3 April 1846 ) .The erection of the vicariate, independent of the Prefecture Apostolic of Tripoli including the Eastern Sudan part came as a surprise . It was on 26 January 1846 that the Congregatio Generalis with the approval of Pope Gregory XVI decided to start a reconnoitering expedition in Sudan Central Africa . Nevertheless,the decree of erection was issued two months later, and this emphasized the clear intention of the Propaganda Fide to start the mission at once . Originally Casolani ' s attention was directed to the Western Sudan part of the Vicariate only ; he intended to explore the Kingdoms of Bournou, Niffe, Hausa, Bambara and the much - discussed town of Timbuktu . The inclusion of the eastern part brought about a change in his plans and he diverted his attention Eastward. He now considered the way along the Nile in order to reach South to Central Africa up to Lado territory easier than the route across the Sahara desert. Some wavering and puzzling attitude of Casolani in conducting his mission caused Father Ryllo to become the leader of this group . Father Ryllo died, and was succeeded by Father Ignace Knoblecher of the Austrian Instutute " Marien-Verein ", which adopted the mission and sent more missionaries as well as financial support .The missionaries on their move southwards succeeded in opening the centres at Khartoum, Gondokoro and Holy Cross , but all efforts proved to be in vain due to the loss of workers in the merciless conditions - whereabout there was already a great deal of Islamic influence . But Don Mazza of the Verona Institute came to the rescue, but could not last in the stay for long . In 1860 the Vicariate was in a desperate position, and the only solution to meet the desperate situation was judged to be the handing over of the mission to a religious congregation . As a last resort Propaganda fide called in once again the Franciscans to whom the vicariate was formally transferred in 1861. This too proved to be a make shift measure only and in 1866 the last station was closed . The Vicariate of Egypt took over the administration of the Vicariate Apostolic of Central Africa. The devoted service of half a generation of many a human life seemed to have ended in failure. In the same year 1866, Cardinal Lavigerie accepted the care of the western part of the vicariate, which became the Prefecture Apostolic of the Sahara . Msgr. Daniel Comboni became the champion of the cause of the Vicariate Apostolic of Central Africa ; he worked unceasingly for the reopening of the mission. Finally, in 1872, he and his followers of the Verona Institute " pro missionibus apud nigritos " started work in the Re - established Vicariate, which had been reduced in size by the creation of the Prefecture Apostolic of the Sahara . The vast region area Sudan --- by the Decree of 14 Feb , 1911 , limited the nothern limits of the Prefecture Apostolic of Ubangi - chari extending it to the 13 degree N Lat . , the new territory being taken away from the Vicariate Apostolic of the Sudan Central Africa . Futhermore re - organisation of Central Africa was done on May , 1913 , whereby the Prefecture Apostolic of Bar - el - Gazal was newly formed by seperating it from the Sudan mission Central Africa once again ; by the Decree signed on 30 May , 1913 , thus the official name of the new mission changed to be the Vicariate Apostolic of Khartum . Yet , The Central Africa Vicariate remains the Vicariate Central Africa - ( Lado ) with Main Large Population of Catholic Faith and those of Ori Faith in common . There are no religious fights which go on in Sudan Central Africa in the plight as always is the propaganda by the western mass media to divide the thinking mind of the African people . Especially in the draughft Constitution of LADO of 9th May 1772 in which was assisted by the Jesuits who travelled to Lado from their Valletta house in Malta clearly expresses the Freedom of worship in Lado land ( deeply lies in the law of the State of Lado ) - Sudan Central Africa . That is to say of the incoming faiths of Christianity , Islam to their own faith Ori . But as a divide and rule policy which is the mind formation of the Europeans , use and adopt it as a working formular to expand their military might over their colnial countries in Africa . To fight a military war with people , they must invent an excuse and unfortunately religion is always the best means found out; ( England and Northern Ireland situation is in the Western world a typical example to date ) which would have been best transfered onto the African people in the political affairs of the colonial country areas in Africa . Lado rejects and resists to this political philosophy of western European orientation .

New Wars are Waged in Former Ottoman Territories


Today ' s wars, or Military Operations waged as Pre - emptive Strikes to install Democracy under the banners of War on Terror and real or imaginary WMD ( Weapons of Mass Destruction ) , are being carried out in the Territories under the former Ottoman Dominion, which includes LADO where the Western Alliance extends its Military Bases making way for their Business Corporations to take Control of the Natural Resources of the Territories where their Military yields Control through base Force is a means of garantee . . This idea is not strange at all , taking a look at what was already a start off in the Africa regions of the building so called Modern States in the Central Africa Sudan as an idealistic effort to create a model State in the interior of Africa that never consisted of more than a handful of adventurers and soldiers in isolated outposts.


Equatoria ( LADO ) was established by Samuel Baker in 1871 under the OTTOMAN of Egypt and Lado Colonel .Charles Gordon took over as Governor in 1874, followed by Emin Effendi Pasha in 1876 -1878 . EMIN ' s real name being Edward Oscar Theodor Schtzer of a German - Jewish family . An Italian Soldier by name Romolo Gessi who later became a PASHA - ( a Title of Governor General given by the OTTOMN Rule Athourity by then ) , of the Anglo - Egyptian Sudan today known as the Independent ( State of Sudan ) , including also the two Governor Generals of United States of America ( U S A ) ; Colonel Henry .G . Prost and Colonel Alexandra . A Manson 1876 - 1878 all actively participated in the administration of Lado and all failed to control Equatoria - Lado Nation occupied . The waves and the deserts through the Alexandra the Great , and Hannibal passed the impenetrable mountains with his elephants ; the Events of History and the courage of the people stopped them . Lado will continue to resist this difficult moments of this history rewriting itself !


Injustice Against the People of LADO


Today the quest for Mineral Resources and other Natural Resources of LADO is being fought amongst 45 Foreign Companies from almost as many Nations ( led by the Anglo and Western Europe ) who have directly or indirectly been responsible for the Suffering and the Massacres of Lado People by their billion Dollar Financing of Military Movements and War Lords from the Countries surrounding the Territory of LADO, for the purpose of chasing away the People of LADO from their Homes and Land. This is done in an effort to create an Empty Territory in LADO for Foreign Settlement. One outstanding major Player in this Unjust and Inhuman Action against LADO is the Sudanese Peoples Liberation Movement ( SPLM ) which has been led by the late Colonel John Garang, a Dinka by Tribe from South Sudan State ( Upper Nile Region, Bahr-el-Ghazel Region and the Lake District Region ) . The SPLM got and gets a full Support from Britain - USA through the Governments of Uganda and of Kenya. That is one of the Reasons why the President of Uganda is described as the " Darling of the West ". However it could have looked in hopes that the recent Agreement in 2003 , between the SPLM and the Sudan Government should have resulted in a quick removal of all SPLM Bases on / in LADO Territory, the Repatriation of the South Sudanese Refugees from LADO Territory, and the Resettlement of the Displaced People of LADO. All the Displaced People of LADO had to return and resettle on their own Jorovu ( Tribal Lands in Ituri, Nile, Uele, Rohli, Yeyi and Kineti ) which are all on LADO Territory. The Lado people looked forward to the time when SPLM and Uganda woul stop to enslave and to kill the People of LADO with impunity with the full Blessings of their Super Power Allies . But not only that to Lado ' s expection , there have been plans to destroy only the State of Lado .


Governments of Rwanda and of Uganda, in particular, have been supported ( Diplomatically, Politically, and Financially ) by Britain and the USA to Colonise the State of LADO so that the State of Lado is killed and removed as a Political Entity in Central Africa. And then the Territory of LADO is to be shared among Uganda, Rwanda, and Sudan on behalf of Britain and their Allies who are very much against the Existence of the State of LADO as a Political Entity in Central Africa. ( God or the Devil may know why the Anglo-Saxon World does not want to see LADO as a Political Entity ) . For the last fifty-seven (57) years the People of LADO have been living as Refugees, Displaced Persons on their own Land and as Stateless Persons. They have been killed with impunity by some Governments of the Neighbouring / Surrounding Countries. There have been Plans to Exterminate Millions of some of the People of LADO, in order to take the Territory of LADO, especially by Uganda, since 1967, and Rwanda (1997) whose Troops are / were under the Command of British and European Officers . For the last 20 (1980) years the Foreign Troops have roamed LADO Villages, Settlements and Towns , killing with impunity under the Nose and Eyes of the UN. No less than 4 million People of LADO have been killed since then. In fact one can realise that the Black African Lives, especially Lives of the People of LADO, are of little or no value at all compared to other Human Beings, especially those from Western Europe .


Lado has Historic and Legal Right to its Homeland :


Historically and legally Lado has the sovereign rights to its own state in the territory which is otherwise described as the " Lado Enclave " or " Equatoria " - though a little more than fifty years ago the name " Lado ", one of the world's oldest kingdoms, could be found on every world atlas . British still refuse to let go of Her Imperial Colonial Pride and Prejudice in a Bizarre Remnant of the modern variety of British Pride and Prejudices as in the Case of the State of LADO .


The Academy of Lado


A burning desire is there to record the History of Lado through the Centuries of Lado ' s age-old History as the ' Cradle of Civilisation '. It was the Europeans who realised that Lado is the very Base of Central Africa, and on 26 January 1846 H.H. Pope Gregory XVI signed a Document making the Upper Nile Valley, Lado, 'The Vicariate of Central Africa . Other Historical Documents of Importance for the History of Lado, are the Turco - Egyptian Firman of 13 February 1841, and the Turco - Egyptian Firman of 1 April 1869 for the Occupation of Lado which took place on 26 May 1871 to convert Lado in a western so called modern State in Central Africa and so in the end to transfer the already explosive population growth in the west for settlements .
