Yes, and the official left will promote "tolerance" and "understanding" and "inevitability of the global village", while middle passage depopulation of resource rich areas occurs in target Africa.  Just imagine, big game hunting,  never ending "wildlife preserves" with no Africans anymore, luxury safaris, magnificent rural estates, sounds like south africa all over again in the works.  Just enough Africans left for servants, mining and necessary work, while the impoverished fight it out in the northern hemisphere, which in Europe at least has been pretty well used up. 
I sure hope someone out there in official left denial land will take the tiny steps to at least study with some scrutiny the history of immigration treaties and the considerations that spawn them, rather than bleating like sheep that , it's just touchy/feely alright.  Immigration schemes cut both ways, in fact in many ways.  Immigration treaties and imperialism go hand in hand, it's the hypocricy of both "pro" immigrant and "anti" immigrant factions in rich countries with extended empires that rubs raw.......
