ISLAND ROSE

I know ah rose.
With no thorns.
She grows on an island in the sun.
She is unique and there is no flower like her .
She blooms first light and to be in the pressence of that rose is my delight.
She smells of the pure essence of joy.
I smile ...
I can be ah boy with her and still be ah man at the same time.
Kind and mine, she is my sister.
I sing for her at night and pray that the can wind carry my voice to her.
Fertelize her roots oh Jah and make her strong.
That she can release the pain of her insecurities.
So she can see her self for what she is.
Ah beautiful rose .........
